The class will start with a guided meditation to center. We will allow ourselves to presence what we are not grateful for, or not looking forward to, for the holidays. Allowing that to come forward and release. Once we have the space of letting go, we will presence the essence of gratitude. Allowing the truth of our heart’s expression of gratitude to emerge. Group sharing encouraged.
