Quiet the Mind, and Release Stress and Anxiety From the Body
Meditation classes are open to anyone interested in enhancing their mindfulness, in order to connect with themselves and allow positive opportunities to emerge in their lives. Students learn simple techniques to quiet the mind and release stress and anxiety from the body.
My approach is not to prescribe any sort of belief system. You are asked to think for yourself and connect to your own inner wisdom. You are empowered to be your true self—and this is where a life of ease is accessed.
Discussion + Guided Meditation
Part discussion, part guided meditation—each class is 2 hours with a few 10 minute intervals of guided meditative journeys.
The power of the group energy is valuable. When we come together to develop spiritually, we are reminded that we are not alone on the journey. Students often share what comes up for them during class which allows us to learn from each other and accelerate our own individual growth processes and spiritual awakenings.
Students leave feeling renewed and equipped with new insight and empowered choice to initiate their new growth period.
